This program aims to cultivate excellent talents for physics research in the future. It follows the law of student training, and relies on the teaching faculties and scientific research platforms of the School. This program is devoted to the theoretical teaching, experimental teaching and scientific training for students. This program pays special attention to the training of innovative thinking for scientific researches.

After systematic study of four years, the students can get comprehensive trainings in physics and related disciplines and most of the students should have solid scientific foundation and good scientific literacy, and have basic knowledge and basic skills for the pursue of the master or doctor degree for physics and related disciplines.
