半导体红外及THz探测技术;

新颖量子电子器件

超表面及其在红外探测中的应用;


主要从事模拟电子技术,光电传感器等方面的教学与科研工作;

近年来研究兴趣为新颖量子电子器件,超表面电子器件,新型储能电子器件。


课题组拥有浓厚的学习和学术氛围,欢迎推免研究生和自考研究生加入,欢迎青年才俊加盟到课题组,在探索未知世界、参加和完成工程技术实验中進步与成長。已培养硕士研究生10余名,合作培养博士研究生2名,毕业学生在华为、网易、莱迪思等知名企业从事技术研发工作。
